Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you're not happy with your order, no problem! Here's what you need to do.

Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt.  Unless damaged or faulty, goods returned and received by us within 14 days will be considered as a cancelled order.

If you wish to return goods or claim for damaged or faulty items, please email us with your name, telephone number, order or invoice number and details of your claim or return and we will respond with further returns instructions and details required for your refund.  All returned items should be new and unused, in original packaging with labels intact.
